Training Methods

Westhaghe offers various methods for attending our training sessions:

In-Company

A training at your location? You can determine the dates, the location(s), and the option to develop a customized training is available.

Virtual

All open schedule training sessions can be attended virtually. If you want to organize a virtual training for your own employees, that’s also possible! In this case, we can develop a customized training based on your specific needs and requirements. Do you want to know what a virtual training day looks like?

Blended

This involves a mix of classroom learning, self-study via e-learning, and virtual classroom sessions. A Blended Learning training consists of two parts: the first part takes place in a physical location (either at our facilities or on your premises) under the guidance of a trainer, and the second part is organized virtually through Microsoft Teams.

E-learning

When individual employees want to learn, e-learning provides a solution. The learner can take a pre-assessment in the e-learning module to assess their level of knowledge and can take a post-assessment after completing the e-learning to track their progress.

Upon completing an open schedule, in-company, or virtual training, you will receive a digital certificate of participation and (if available) digital reference materials.

Target Audience and Prior knowledge: Chat GPT and AI for in the office

The Chat GPT and AI training is intended for anyone who wants to expand their knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence, (chat) robots, large language models and machine learning. You do not need any specific prior knowledge for this training, but general knowledge of using a computer is necessary.
